Too add misery to disappointment, the seller dose not address those issues. They did issue a return label so I could return the lacking system and reorder another. The second one to arrive, from the same warehouse, was missing the same item.

If it didn't happen to me, I would think that this was funny!The Black & Decker company does not react to missing parts, but they will gladly refer you to a warranty company. The warranty company is great for issuing tracking ticket numbers and does exactly nothing else. It took, what seemed like an eternity, hours of tracking individuals on the phone to get a live person to try and correct the problem. It is now 1 month and 2 days and the missing item is still 'in transit'.

I am one to read reviews before I purchase something, in this case there were no review. The worst case would be to take it back if it did not work to my liking, so I though I would give it a try.

I found that many pressure washers reviews had leaks or not enough pressure, NOT THIS ONE.I bought this Black and Decker model today, and it exceeded my expectations. Not only did it have more pressure than my old electric Campbell Hausfeld 1850 psi, I had NO leaks. The pressure even took off the green mold on my driveway. Sure, you have to go back and fourth 1 time, but it did take off most of the green mold.If your looking for a small household pressure washer.this is the model to get. The storage of the hose and electrical wire is very easy on the back of the washer.

I like the retractable handle for easy storage. This unit is a BANG for the buck.

I can't wait to use it on my house next. I previously had a 1600psi AR unit from Sears but this one is much better - the power is much greater than the 100psi difference would indicate. Some other units use metal wands but that makes them heavy and unbalanced so I like the light weight plastic wand (it appears to be of very good quality). I used it for 7 hours the first day with no problems of any kind. The only negatives are the hose is stiff and the wand only fits into the units side pockets if you take it apart (and that is not good because it exposes the sealing o-ring to dirt). Very good length of cord and hose. I highly recommend.
